- Lifting machinery: During operation, lift machinery slowly and steadily to avoid damage to the machinery.
- Observe the working status: During the operation, the working status of the machine should be observed. If there are problems such as abnormal variation of seed spacing, intermittent seeding of the air-suction seed meter, many broken seeds in the mechanical seed metering parts, and loose soil covering of seeds after sowing, the machine should be stopped for inspection immediately.
- Regular lubrication: After each shift, check and add lubricating oil to the ground wheel, seed and fertilizer sprocket support, fertilizer and seed shaft support sleeve and other lubricating parts.
- Cleaning and inspection: After operation, promptly remove dirt and debris from the machine, check all fastening parts, and tighten them if necessary.
- Storage conditions: After each shift, the machine should be parked in a dry and sun-proof place, and the seed box and fertilizer box should be covered.
